QA BeamChecker Plus

QA BeamChecker™ Plus

This is an array of detectors for easy daily QA with simple, fast, and reliable measurements using automatic energy detection. It performs routine daily QA measurements for traditional linear accelerators and rotational VMAT systems including those from Varian, Elekta, and Accuray. It does not require wires, a computer, and can also be used in 9 rooms.

MIMI™ PhantomS

MIMI™ PhantomS

This phantom ensures image guidance accuracy by measuring the coincidence of isocenter prescribed by the lasers, treatment beam and image guidance systems. Five bone equivalent rods are visible in any image or slice for automatic registration of 2D/2D and 3D/3D matching and verification of isocenter position. The MIMI Phantom can be used to check 3D Cone Beam registration (CBCT, OBI, XVI) systems, MV/kV Isocentricity, Lasers and Couch Table Adjustments, Optical Guidance Systems, Virtual and physical graticules, and 6D couch pitch/yaw/roll when used with the HexaCheck.

Annual QA

DoseView™ 3D

The DoseView 3D is a 3-axis water scanning phantom for quick, intuitive commissioning and QA. A fusion of robust hardware with easy-to-use software allows for superior beam commissioning and quality assurance measurements. Produces precise scan results for all linear accelerators including the Varian® Halcyon®.

Ion chambers and detectors

Standard Imaging has a wide range of different ion chambers and detectors for dosimetry. For annual QA you can use the following equipment:

  • Exradin A28 Ion Chamber (scanning chamber)
  • Exradin D1H & D1V Diode Detectors
  • Exradin A4 Ion Chamber (out-of-field reference signal)
  • Exradin® W2 Scintillator System (unlike other detector types, the water equivalent W2 scintillator does not perturb small field dose distributions when it is placed in the beam, so you can measure small fields with greater accuracy)

Stereotactic

LUCY® 3D QA Phantom

It is a phantom for End-To-End Stereotactic QA. LUCY has a variety of targeting inserts available for testing accuracy. Ion chambers or film can confirm prescribed dose and software can help with automatic analysis of TG-142 recommended tests. The Lucy 3D QA Phantom is compatible with most commercial SRS frames and frameless systems. The SRS frame (with Lucy) is mounted on the couch and treated within the manufacturer’s exact coordinate system.

SuperMAX™ Electrometer

It is a two-channel, reference-grade electrometer with built-in detector library. It has a large, color display with built-in touchscreen, so it is easy to use its interface.

Stereotactic Dose Verification Phantom

This is a water equivalent phantom which is used with ion chambers and films. Ion chamber and film dose measurements in a water-equivalent phantom designed specifically for stereotactic radiosurgery and recommended by Accuray.

PIPSpro Software’s Stereotactic Module automate your routine Winston lutz testing to the highest degree of accuracy in all three dimensions; providing the data needed to correct the targeting of your machines.

Adaptivo™ is a solution for patient dosimetry. Radiotherapy is constantly changing, therefore we need to adapt. Absolute Dosimetry

DoseView™ 1D

The DoseView™ 1D is 1D water scanning phantom for simple, precise setup to easily acquire beam quality and absolute dose measurements that support AAPM TG-51 and IAEA TRS-398. DoseView 1D Software instantly records electrometer data and facilitates depth-dose curve acquisition, improving the efficiency of routine QA testing.

CyberKnife

QA StereoChecker™

This is an array of detectors for complete daily CyberKnife QA. It can measure profiles, field width, penumbra, flatness, absolute eccentric and center deviation, planned vs. acquired leaf patterns.

CyberCross™

The CyberKnife® System is not equipped with a crosshair marker. The CyberCross™ resolves setup issues quickly and easily for physicists using QA devices that rely on crosshair markings for alignment to isocenter.

QA BeamChecker™ Plus & CyberKnife Cutting Board for the QA BeamChecker™ Plus

This solution allows morning QA by therapists. Equipped with implanted fiducial markers which allow for accurate alignment of the QABC+ using the CyberKnife system’s treatment localization system (TLS).
